These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the consumer and Skinzo for the consumer's purchase of products through the Website. Accessing, browsing, using the site or otherwise ordering from this site indicates your agreement to all the terms and conditions in this agreement.

Disclaimer: Images shown on the website are a representation of how our skins will look on your devices. The devices shown in the pictures are not included in the consumer's order. By placing the order, you agree to our terms of service and privacy policy.

Site Access and Licensing

Skinzo.in provides you with a limited license to view and use this website for personal use. You are not permitted to download or alter this website or any component of it without Skinzo.in's express written approval. The following are prohibited:

• Use of this site or its contents for commercial purposes or resale
• Downloading or copying account information for the benefit of another merchant
• Collecting and using product listings, descriptions, or prices
• Use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

Skinzo is the owner and operator of this website. We, or third parties who have granted us a license, are the owners and controllers of all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights on this website. You agree not to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute such content in any way without prior written consent.

Skinzo has no connection to any of the companies featured on the website, including Apple, Samsung, Google, Xiaomi, Realme, OnePlus, and others. Any trade name or trademark used here is for identification and reference purposes only.

Reviews, Comments & Communications

Visitors may post reviews and other content as long as it is not unlawful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise harmful. Content must not include software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, or spam. You are not permitted to impersonate any person or organization or use a fraudulent email address.

Product Description

Skinzo.in makes every effort to be accurate and truthful. However, Skinzo makes no guarantees on the accuracy, completeness, or error-free nature of product descriptions or other content on this website. Your only option is to return an item in unused condition if something you purchased is not what you expected.

Defective Goods

Within 72 hours of receiving the shipment, send us pictures of the skins you received if you find a defect (fitting problems, glue problems, etc.). We will dispatch a replacement after consulting with the buyer and inspecting the item. The longevity and fit of the skin are primarily determined by how well the application was done per the package's directions.

Cancellations & Refunds

Once you place your order, you are unable to cancel it, except for any statutory rights. Because Skinzo's items are customized, they are not returnable or exchangeable. Refund requests will only be considered if:

• Within 15 days of the order date, the buyer does not receive the items ordered
• Skinzo.in fails to send the items you ordered
• Our designated courier does not service the shipping destination

We will handle your refunds within 1–2 business days after receiving your returned package. It may take up to 6–7 business days for the refund to appear in the original payment method.

Reshipping fees: ₹120 per product (skins & printed products), ₹200–220 per product for laptops, MacBooks, and other large devices.

Undelivered Goods

Please contact us if an order is not delivered within the suggested time limit. Together, we'll arrange for a reshipment. There will be no refunds in the following situations:

• After three unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incorrect address or contact details
• If the recipient denied the package

In these situations, the customer will be responsible for paying the courier's RTO fees of ₹60 to return the goods to our warehouse.

Replacements for Incorrectly Placed Orders

You must return the original package to us in unused condition if you ordered the incorrect item and would like a replacement. Please email us explaining why you're returning the item, along with pictures of the goods and delivery package. Packages returned without email confirmation will not be replaced.

Indemnification

In case of any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skinzo.in, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

Content Policy

Skinzo maintains the right, at its sole discretion, to examine any content on the Website and delete it or cancel your account for any reason, including violating this Agreement or any relevant laws. Any Content you post or otherwise make available on our website is solely your responsibility.

Privacy: Access to and use of the Site are subject to our Privacy Policy.
