Skinzo shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its control. Despite any other provision of these Terms, any provision of these Terms that imposes or contemplates continuing rights or obligations on the consumer or us will survive the expiration or termination of these Terms. You also agree not to help anyone else do the same.

Copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights are violated when materials are modified, used on another website or in a networked computer environment, or used for any purpose other than personal, non-commercial use without the owner’s prior written consent. Any trade name or trademark used here is just for identification and reference.



As long as the content is not unlawful, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invading someone’s privacy, violating intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful to third parties, visitors are free to post reviews, photos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information. Additionally, as long as the content does not include software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any kind of “spam.” You are not permitted to impersonate any person or organization, use a fraudulent email address, or give misleading information about the source of a card or other content. If you do upload content or submit material, you give Skinzo.in permission to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content globally in any media, without restriction or royalty-free, irreversible, and fully sublicensable rights. You guarantee and represent that the content you post is accurate, that it does not violate this policy or cause harm to any person or entity, that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to it, that it is accurate, and that you will hold Skinzo.in harmless from any claims resulting from content you supply that misleads the public or presents a misleading image of Skinzo and its products (please refer to the section below regarding defective products). While it is not required, Skinzo.in is free to monitor, alter, or remove any content or activity. Skinzo.in disclaims all liability and responsibility for any content that you or any other party may submit.



Skinzo.in makes every effort to be truthful. But, Skinzo makes no guarantees on the accuracy, completeness, dependability, timeliness, or error-free nature of the product descriptions or other content on this website. Your only option is to return an item in unused condition if something you purchased from Skinzo.in is not what you expected it to be.



Within 72 hours of receiving the shipment, send us some pictures of the skins you received if you find a defect (fitting problems, glue problems, etc.). We will dispatch a replacement after consulting with the buyer and inspecting the item. The longevity and fit of the skin are primarily determined by how well the application was done by the package’s directions. It is extremely improbable that the vinyl will leave any residue on the device in some situations due to an inherent flaw or improper application techniques. Using a glass cleaner or a warm, moist cloth, the residue is readily removed. In these situations, Skinzo disclaims all liability for any harm done and any damage claims made. Our top goal is to give our customers the best support possible, in addition to the best delivery. We are available to you 24/7 and will stop at nothing to complete the task “On Time!” The Skinzo staff will be pleased to replace your order if there are any fitting or print concerns. We have seen that some individuals, without first consulting our team, take their grievances to social media accounts in a manner that disparages Skinzo’s brand. This is strongly disapproved of, and appropriate legal action will be taken to stop it.



Once you place your order, you are unable to cancel it, except for any statutory rights. Because Skinzo’s items are customized, they are not returnable or exchangeable. Products that are damaged before delivery or those that include a custom logo or other artwork that you have specified, but which does not match the logo or other artwork you have requested, may be eligible for a refund. Please get in touch with us right once using the above contact information if your goods look to be damaged. Once the order has been successfully submitted and processed by the payment gateway, you are unable to cancel it and request a refund. Refund requests will only be taken into account if:

• If, within 15 days of the order date (in India), the buyer does not receive the things they ordered.
• If www.Skinzo.in/ fails to send the items you ordered.
• If our designated courier does not service the shipping destination.


We won’t consider refund requests for products that are damaged. We will exchange any damaged products as soon as they are brought to our attention. Because every product is custom manufactured by us after receiving an order, returns for the reason that the customer doesn’t like it after it is delivered or feels it doesn’t live up to their expectations will not be accepted. If a consumer wishes to return an item due to slight changes in design or colour, there will be no acceptance of returns. The colour of the products you see online and the ones you receive in person will never exactly match. Refunds will not be given for packages returned without email confirmation. Skinzo maintains the right to cancel any order that has been placed, as well as to stop offering any special discounts or coupons. Please be aware that, for orders placed internationally (i.e., outside of India), customs duty and other import commission fees are not included in the delivery prices. The customer is responsible for covering these expenses on his own, and Skinzo will not offer a refund.

In such a scenario, the buyer may cancel the order and receive a refund after deducting the shipment and return shipping fees. You will need to return the first package to us in unused condition if you ordered the incorrect goods and want a replacement or if you decide not to want the shipping after placing the order.  Provide us with an email explaining why you’re returning the item, along with any relevant pictures of the goods and the delivery package for our records. Send the full packet back to us after we’ve confirmed your request. Packages that are returned without an email confirmation will not be replaced. Reshipping fees of Rs. 120 per product (printed products and skins) will be collected before any replacements or cancellations are handled; this cost is the responsibility of the client. A reshipping cost of Rs. 200 per product (printed items and skins) will be charged to the customer for products like laptops, MacBooks, sleeves, and other devices other than phones and earbuds to resend the proper order. We will handle your refunds within 1-2 business days after receiving your returned package.  It may take up to six or seven business days for the refund to appear in the original payment method that was used. Refunds can occasionally take ten to twelve business days to appear in your original payment method.



Please utilize the contact information box to let us know if an order is not successfully delivered within the suggested time limit to the delivery address you specified at checkout. Together, we’ll arrange for a reshipment so you can be sure you get the item you paid for. As soon as an item leaves our warehouse, we have no control over delivery, hence we are unable to issue refunds for undelivered orders. In the following situations, there will be no refunds:

        After three unsuccessful delivery efforts by our courier companies due to incorrect address/contact details and inaccurate or outdated delivery addresses. The recipient denied the package.

·        In these situations, the customer will be responsible for paying the couriers’ RTO fees of INR 60 to return the goods to our warehouse. The product in question will then be despatched once more with the revised information. In such cases, requests for refunds or changes to the design will not be fulfilled.

You must return the original package to us in unused condition if you ordered the incorrect item and would want a replacement. Provide us with an email explaining why you’re returning the item, along with any relevant pictures of the goods and the delivery package for our records. Send the full packet back to us after we’ve confirmed your request. Packages that are returned without an email confirmation will not be replaced. Once the customer has paid the Rs. 120 reshipping price for each product (printed goods, accessories, and skins), replacement reshipping will be completed. It may take up to six or seven business days for the refund to appear in the original payment method that was used. Refunds can occasionally take ten to twelve business days to appear in your original payment method.




In case of any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless on Skinzo.in, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers (collectively the ‘Service Providers’) from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.




Only correspondence regarding purchase cancellation, replacement, or refunds should be sent to support@Skinzo.in, the support phone number listed on our website (https://www.skinzo.in). Any correspondence via any other spoof phones or channels could result in identity theft or loss. Skinzo disclaims all liability resulting from such circumstances.



Members may occasionally intentionally or unintentionally submit and display content that violates this Agreement. However, Skinzo is not always able to manually filter Content before it is displayed on the Website. Content that violates someone’s copyright or other intellectual property rights, disparages or vilifies any individual, group, race, religion, or religion, is obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, harmful, invading someone’s privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable are all examples of inappropriate content. Skinzo maintains the right, at its sole discretion, to examine any content on the Website, delete it if required, or cancel your account for any reason, including violating this Agreement or any relevant laws.

This means that any Content that you post, email, transmit, upload for sale as products, or otherwise make available on our website is solely your responsibility and not Skinzo’s. Because it has no control over the content submitted through its services, Skinzo cannot ensure that the content is accurate, reliable, or of high quality. You acknowledge that you might be exposed to offensive, indecent, or objectionable content by using our services. Any Content, including but not limited to mistakes or omissions, as well as any loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of any Content posted, emailed, communicated, or otherwise made available on the website, shall not subject Skinzo to liability of any kind under any circumstances.
